Hiroyuki Tomita | Ceramic Artist
Born in Oiso Town, Kanagawa Prefecture in 1977. In 2000, she apprenticed under ceramic artist Mariko Ijuin, and in 2007, she established her own studio in Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. She creates a wide range of works, from everyday tableware to large ceramic pieces, and holds approximately eight solo exhibitions annually both in Japan and overseas. She also produces wall art and objects for ryokan, hotels, and restaurants, with her works featured at locations such as "Izu Okawa Onsen Isaribi," "Ikaho Onsen Kishigon Ryokan," "InterContinental Osaka," "The St. Regis Osaka," and "Ootoya New York." In 2021, she relocated her studio to Oura Town, Gunma Prefecture, and from 2024, her works will be permanently available at "Janu Tokyo" in Azabudai Hills.
